Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking

Appointments are booked online through Square, by phone or through Instagram. Please arrive on time: a late start may shorten your service so the next client is not kept waiting.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If a deposit was taken when you booked, it is applied to your service and is non-refundable for late cancellations, late rescheduling or no-shows.

Prices

Prices on this site match our online booking on the date shown under each price list. The price you book is the price you pay; offer discounts come off at checkout. Prices may change; appointments already booked keep their price.

Touch-ups

Touch-ups are booked within 3 weeks of your last visit. If your set was done at another studio, call us before booking a touch-up.

Offers

Offers apply as described in their terms and run until the date stated there. One offer per service unless the terms say they combine; no cash value. Appointments already booked under an offer are honoured.

Health and safety

Tell your artist about allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, recent procedures or medication before your appointment. We may decline a service if it is not safe for you.
